RETURN POLICY

Under the Consumer Act of the Philippines, we have the right to refuse returns for “change of mind” or “change of heart”. All sales are therefore FINAL and are sold on an as-is-where-is basis. It is our full commitment to fully disclose the general condition, specific flaws or imperfections, if any, of our listed items and shall carefully explain them to you through detailed descriptions, photos and other tools to help you learn more about the items. Please note that the photos and videos presented to you form part of an item’s description and disclosure.

As such, 28 Galerie is not responsible for any new damage or wear to an item after purchase. We only guarantee our item’s authenticity and the condition that they are in prior to its shipment or delivery. We cannot honor brand-specific warranties provided by them as we are not a part of their manufacturing process. We are trained to look for signs of wear, flaws and imperfections but we are unable to foreknow how your use will impact the quality and wearability of the items.

We will only accept returns or exchanges on the following grounds:

  1. Shipping Error – If we mistakenly packed and shipped the wrong item you may notify us immediately upon receipt of the item. We will require its return and rectify the mistake by shipping the correct order. All shipping charges will be waived and refunded to you upon our receipt of the returned item.
  2. Discovery of undisclosed defect/s or damaged on the purchased item – All of our items are inspected thoroughly before shipment to you. However, please keep in mind that there is always a small margin of human error as in the case of all other businesses. You have every right to exchange defective products or return them and get a full refund of your payment.

To qualify for a return or exchange of items, you must notify us within 48 hours from receipt or delivery of your intention to return an item due to an undisclosed flaw or damage found on the item. This notice is not guarantee of return eligibility as our team will assess and discuss the eligibility of your return. If the reasons put forth qualify the return of the item, you may ship the item back to us within seven (7) days from our receipt of your notice. We will refund your payment as soon as your return is processed and approved.

Item(s) must be in the same condition with no missing “extras” (dustbag, box, lock, 28 Galerie’s security tag, all other accessories included in the sale.), We cannot process a refund if the item and its inclusions are not in the same condition as when it was purchased.
