The item may look new and flawless, and with imperfections but was perhaps used once or twice. It is clean and shows little to no signs of wear.


Rank A: Excellent

Item is in excellent condition with slight wear and signs of previous use such as minor scratches on the hardware, on the leather, or faint rubs on the corners. But overall, it is in excellent condition with no damage whatsoever.


Rank AB: Good

The item is in good and reasonable condition. The item has gracefully aged, gently used, and has possibly lost some shape. Item shows evidence of use, such as scuffs, and scratches but shows no major damage or flaws.


Rank B to C; Heavily Used with Damage

The item may have visible scuffs, stains, scratches, discoloration and/or some major flaws/damage. Generally the item shows signs of heavy wear especially throughout feet and handles (in the case of bags).

We do not carry items in this condition.



We accept payment by cash through bank transfer, cash on pickup, BDO Checkout and GCash at this time. 

For BDO card holders, you may opt to avail payment holidays through Buy Now Pay Later Plans, and installments up to 36 months.

You may also opt to layaway items by paying a 35% down payment so we can reserve the piece/s under your name. There is a monthly layaway fee equal to 2% of the purchased item/s per month, for a maximum of three months only.

Please note that default in the payment of your monthly installments constitutes  a breach of contract and shall result in the forfeiture of all payments made on your behalf as compensatory damage for such breach.

We will not refund or exchange any items once payment has been made. It is the buyer’s right and responsibility to ask any questions they may have before purchasing, especially if it is a preloved item. Make sure to review our reminders to clients and return policies for every purchase.

 

When Shopping Preloved:

As a client, you may have certain expectations when buying pre-owned bags. We strive to thoroughly explain and describe the condition and qualities of an item prior to sale. Still, some flaws are to be expected.

And while our team commits to disclosing every detail relevant to your beloved piece, please be reminded that it is impossible to tell the full history of a preloved bag. Signs of wear must be expected even if these bags were excellently cared for. Wear and signs of previous use are inevitable, such as scratches on the hardware, press marks, scuffs, and rubs—unless specifically disclosed that there are none. Please ask for any and all details before setting your heart on a bag, to ensure you are satisfied with its condition. Also note that the reels and images provided prior to sale are part and parcel of the description of the bag.

After payment has been processed, we ship all items within the next 1-3 business days. We use LBC as our primary courier and the time frame for delivery (without delays beyond our control) is within 24-48 hours.

We make every effort to ensure that all of our items are secured and packed safely. We guarantee our clients that every box shipped is resistant to soiling, water damage, impacts, and/or dents. Note too, that delivery of the item/s to you is not a precondition to the perfection of sale. And as such, 28 Galerié shall not be liable for any loss or damage that occurs during the delivery process and after ensuring due diligence of a good father of a family.

We will send you the waybill and tracking information once your purchased item has shipped as well as its estimated date and time of delivery.

We likewise offer personal deliveries, through our trusted rider, but on certain pre-scheduled dates only. We are unable to accommodate same day deliveries at the moment. Under the Consumer Act of the Philippines, we have the right to refuse returns for “change of mind” or “change of heart”. All sales are therefore FINAL and are sold on an as-is-where-is basis. It is our full commitment to fully disclose the general condition, specific flaws or imperfections, if any, of our listed items and shall carefully explain them to you through detailed descriptions, photos and other tools to help you learn more about the items. Please note that the photos and videos presented to you form part of an item’s description and disclosure.

l. WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ACCOUNT OF SHIPPING ERROR.

Please notify us immediately if if we mistakenly packed and shipped the wrong item/s to you. We will require the items return and rectify the mistake by shipping the correct order to you as soon as we receive the item for return. All shipping charges will be waiver and refunded to you upon our receipt of the returned item.

To qualify for a return and exchange of items, you must notify us within 48 hours from receipt or delivery of the wrong item. We will then request you to ship the item back to us within three (3) days from our receipt of your notice. The refund/exchange shall only take place once we have have received the item sent to you by mistake.

Item(s) must be in the same condition with no missing “extras” (dustbag, box, lock, 28 Galerie’s security tag, all other accessories included in the sale.), We cannot process a refund if the item and its inclusions are not in the same condition as when it was purchased.

ll. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR DEFECTS/DAMAGE ON PRELOVED ITEMS.

Prior to your payment, we will make every effort to describe and disclose every notable detail and imperfection of an item. Please note that all photos and reels sent to you for your review and inspection are part and parcel of our full disclosure of the item’s overall condition.

Your payment, therefore, signifies your implied and/or express acceptance and agreement to the imperfections disclosed to you at the time of sale. And prior to shipment, the items are inspected again to ensure that the description matches the current appearance and disclosure of the item at the time of your payment.

By purchasing preloved items, you agree and understand that signs of wear are expected and inevitable. And we will not entertain complaints or questions on the bag’s condition once your purchased items are dispatched and delivered to you.
