Looking to give your luxury item a new home? We promise fair prices and the most accurate evaluation whether you are selling or consigning your stuff to us. Through our broad network of sales channels, which includes our social media, website, and devoted client base, our knowledgeable team will assist you in selling your goods.

We accept a range of items, such as, but not limited to, Hermès, Chanel, Dior, Fendi, and Louis Vuitton. We provide upfront quotes, for both buyout and consignment!

THE PROCESS

Submit all relevant photos to the box on the right, including your personal information and description of the item. We require clear, well-taken photos of the item in good lighting from all angles. Please note that close-ups of serial codes, flaws and interior are essential for an accurate quote. Include a detailed description of the bag in the text box, and note any and all imperfections.

The quote shall embody a price estimate of your luxury item together with our commission fees. Please note that the validity of the prices quoted is conditioned upon our final inspection of your bag in person.

Bring or ship your luxury goods to us for a final price quote and authentication.

You’ll receive your payment through bank transfer or GCash 3-5 business days (excluding holidays) after your item sells or qualifies for direct purchase!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The price estimate of the item will be more accurate depending on the detail and precision of the information submitted. We recommend submitting a thorough description of the item as it may impact your quote upon in-person inspection. 

Describe any flaws that can be observed, including recoloring/touch-ups, corner scuffs, odor, tarnish/rust, scratches and other imperfections.

After careful assessment of the condition and market value of your item, you will receive a quote from us together with instructions on the shipment of the item should you decide to accept the offer and pursue our consignment service.

MANDATORY ENTRUPY AUTHENTICATION:

All consigned items are subject to our mandatory in-house entrupy verification with corresponding charges. The consignment process will only begin upon payment of the appropriate authentication fees.

The charges are as follows: 2000PHP for non-Hermès items, and 7000PHP and up for Hermès items. The verification fee for Hermes bags varies on the its type of leather. 

These rates must be paid upfront prior to the processing of your item, and are subject to change without prior notice.

AUTHENTICITY:

There is a charge of 10,000 Php if your item is found to be inauthentic through our authentication services.

CONSIGNMENT PERIOD:

At the Galerie, we are enthusiastic about accepting items that we believe we can help house, market, and sell efficiently. There is a lock-in period of 60 days before your consigned item can be pulled out and removed from our inventory. We make every attempt to sell your items as quickly and efficiently as possible.

We will ship the item back to you, at your expense, in the event that your item does not sell within this period. You may opt to re-consign your item once this period has expired for another 60 days, upon execution of a new Consignment Agreement.

PULL-OUT FEE:

There is a pull-out fee of Four Thousand Pesos (4000PHP) for every consigned piece in case you decide to pre-terminate this agreement before the expiry of 60 days.

POSTING:

Your items, once received, will undergo final evaluation, documentation, and authentication from our team. It will be listed for sale within 7-10 days after such processes are completed. They will be promoted in a variety of ways: pictures, videos, reels, stylings, modelings, unboxings, and more, to be found on our Instagram and Facebook pages. They will also be featured on our website to be listed for sale. More importantly, it will be displayed in our physical shop.

PAYMENT:

Payment will be made three (3) days from the time of our buyer’s receipt and full acceptance of the consigned item.

This will be made through bank transfers, or through the issuance of post dated-checks (in case items were bought on layaway) or Gcash transfer.
