RANK N: BRAND NEW

The item is in brand new condition; perfectly giftable and complete with original store inclusions (ex. hang tags, dust bag, boxes, but may or may not include a receipt).

RANK S: NEW AND UNUSED

The item is new and unused, and is in exceptional condition. It may have minimal wear from storage, but was absolutely kept unused and unworn. It may also come complete, or missing one or more of its original store inclusions.

RANK SA: PRISTINE

The item may look new and flawless, and with imperfections but was perhaps used once or twice. It is clean and shows little to no signs of wear.

RANK A: EXCELLENT

Item is in excellent condition with slight wear and signs of previous use such as minor scratches on the hardware, on the leather, or faint rubs on the corners. But overall, it is in excellent condition with no damage whatsoever.

RANK AB: GOOD

The item is in good and reasonable condition. The item has gracefully aged, gently used, and has possibly lost some shape. Item shows evidence of use, such as scuffs, and scratches but shows no major damage or flaws.

RANK B TO C; HEAVILY USED WITH DAMAGE

The item may have visible scuffs, stains, scratches, discoloration and/or some major flaws/damage. Generally the item shows signs of heavy wear especially throughout feet and handles (in the case of bags). We do not carry items in this condition.
